Scarlet Snow Belo is the four-year-old daughter of a celebrity doctor, dermatologist and television personality Vicki Belo-Kho and her husband Hayden Kho. They tied the knot in 2017 with their grand and hefty wedding held in Paris. It was also dubbed as the “Wedding of the Year” because of their alleged 80 million peso wedding. It was in May 2016 when the couple introduced their daughter, Scarlet Snow Belo to the public. They had Scarlet via in-vitrofertilization carried by a surrogate mother.
