Beth Tamayo Hindi Na Naging Madali Ang Pamumuhay Ng Lisanin Ang Buhay Artista
Beth Tamayo’s name would probably ring a bell in your ears if you were a fanatic of romantic, on-screen love teams of the 90’s. The actress used to be a love-team of Niño Muhlach, who is also a famous actor since his childhood. Apparently, the two also dated outside the spotlight but eventually split up afterwards. Now, both are living two separate lives and took different paths in their fate.
Beth was known for the films she starred on like Pedrito Masangcay: Walang Bukas Iniwan back in 1994, Proboys in 1995, and one of her most famous films is Anak ng Pasig way back in 1993. She has also been featured in the hit TV show produced by ABS-CBN, Esperanza, where she portrayed the character of the titular role of Judy Ann Santos’ best friend.
In 2004, the actress tied the knot with a Chinese businessman, Johnny Wong. The actress continued performing projects in the showbiz industry so the two decided to settle down here in the Philippines. However, after 10 long years of being in love, the marriage fell apart and the two split up in 2014. The last TV show Beth was seen was in the series Luna Mystica by GMA Network, then afterwards, the actress disappeared from the spotlight.
Many have wondered where the Filipina actress went and why she decided to leave the industry. Beth flew to the United States of America and started a rather simple life there. The former actress took up odd jobs while sheltering along with her friend in New York. According to her, she used to work as a cashier of a Victoria Secret store. She also mentioned that she had experienced working as a babysitter too for a Columbian family with two kids.
Life weren’t so easy for Beth after she left the limelight, but however, she is now working as an Executive Assistant for Government of Singapore Investment in New York or GSI. Although this was very far when she used to live with the fame she left off in the Philippines, Beth Tamayo looked happier now as she lived a simpler, less-complicated life in the US.
She now currently resided in San Francisco along with her husband, Adam Hutchinson. The two got engaged in 2019.
