The celebrity faced many controversy upon being reportedly seen working in Japan as a saleslady on a store. Many were surprised as why this celebrity exchanged her life and stardom in the Philippines to work on a day job in the land of the rising sun.

Miho Nishida, a former PBB housemate, decided to trade her life as a celebrity in the Philippines to work as a saleslady in her home country. Born and raised in Japan, Miho is a half-Japanese and half-Filipina. She had spent her life in Japan before moving into the Philippines with her mother and child. She tried her luck to join the reality TV show Pinoy Big Brother with high hopes of being able to support her child financially. Fortunately, she won the contest and was named as the big winner.

Many of her housemates courted her while inside the PBB house, and until when they got to the outside world. One of the most known fling Miho had in the showbiz industry is with Tommy Esguerra, a fellow housemate in the PBB house. The two formed a loveteam called “ToMiho”, and was a great hit among their fans and followers. The two dated for two years and parted ways with their own career.

Due to the pandemic however, many actors and actresses in the industry lost their projects and productions and Miho was one of them. Although she makes a living through product endorsements, modelling, and selling online products through her Instagram, it wasn’t thought to be enough to support the lives of her mother and child.

So many were surprised as to why Miho decided to go and work as a saleslady in Japan. While Japan is no stranger for Miho, she had to find ways to earn and support their day-to-day.

According to her manager, Miho will always find a way to earn a living to support her family no matter what kind of job or opportunity was presented to her. He said he had always known Miho to be like that. Instead of waiting for opportunities to land on her lap in her condominium unit, she really finds ways to earn a living.

But worry not for her fans, once everything resumes back to normal, her manager stated that there are upcoming projects and shows awaiting for Miho Nishida here in the Philippines.
