 Singer and songwriter Moira Dela Torre drops an important revelation regarding the official music video of her hit song “Paubaya”. Many of her fans and followers are wondering why the staff and crew of Moira decided to hop on and choose JoshLia, the loveteam name for Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto, when everyone knew that the two had a rough breakup experience that was shrouded in numerous controversies and issues.

The music video features the former couple who happens to be portraying the roles of the lovers in the storyline. Apparently, one or both of them grew tired of the love and recognized their own shortcomings that ultimately resulted to the end of the relationship. On the interlude, both of the stars Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto dropped their most heartbreaking messages towards each other which led to views to speculate that the video served as some sort of closure for their relationship.

According to Moira’s recent interview on TV Patrol, the singer was asked why they decided to choose Joshua and Julia for the main roles on the music video. Moira stated that she and her staff had always been a fan of the couple despite the breakup, and for her, their story really embodies the message of the song, and in no doubt, she successfully related her message to her audience.

Moira was also asked whether the part where the former couple exchanged their lines in the middle of the song were an official closure for the two of them. The singer made no denial and mentioned, “I think it was a closure that everyone deserved.”

Also, knowing that both of the celebrities wrote their own scripts on that part of the video greatly explains and proves that it is somehow the closure that they were never able to make back then. Because of this, the video was trending on YouTube and many fans felt that it was a sincere apology of both parties who used to love each other.
