 Former PBB teen housemate and one of the most in-demand actresses and endorser of this generation, Loisa Andalio recently admitted that she had a hard time after losing her job when the lockdown happened due to the the current situation. Just like any other actors and actresses in the industry, many stars lost their jobs and upcoming projects due to the crisis that affected not only the livelihood of people in the Philippines, but of the entire world.

Aside from this, Loisa also said that the pandemic alone is not to blame for losing her job. We all know that the actress is under the management of ABS-CBN, but since the network has been shut down because of the ongoing franchise renewal controversy, many Kapamilya stars had a hard time coping upon losing their jobs. Some actors and actresses in the industry opted for transferring into the rival network just to make ends meet and their career on constant movement.

Loisa also mentioned that she had lost many opportunities and projects when the network was shut down, many of which were also cancelled due to the C19 crisis. Many endorsements also were cancelled where Loisa was supposed to be the face of the product, but all went downhill for the young actress.

During her interview in Magandang Buhay, Loisa got emotional and tears fell down her cheeks when she opened up about her current feelings on losing her work as a celebrity and actress.

“Pinaka challenge talaga yung nawala yung work. Bilang isang breadwinner, di ba mahirap? Ikaw yung inaasahan ng family mo.” Loisa stated on the talkshow segment where she talked about being the breadwinner of the family and how it really burdened her after losing her job.

She felt worried for her family and that her brother’s income was tightly budgeted to fill in the needs of their family amidst the situation.

Fortunately, Loisa’s source of strength came from her boyfriend Ronnie Alonte who can relate to her woes as being the breadwinner of the family and the actress can definitely vent out to him.

For Loisa, she said that she keeps a straight face and never showed her soft side to them. For her, she must do everything to be strong and to keep her life together to get back to the usual lifestyle that they lived before the network shutdown.
