Various comments were left on Loisa Andalio’s “dream house” by fans who had mixed reactions with it. Apparently, Loisa Andalio did not hire any engineer or architect to construct the house that she worked hard for ever since she started in showbiz. Many netizens reacted negatively and concerningly knowing that there aren’t any experts who approved of the design and construction of her house.

Last Thursday, Loisa uploaded a vlog with her real-life boyfriend Ronnie Alonte about the house tour on the actress’ house. She shares on her vlog the family home that she constructed after 3 years of working in the showbiz industry, but many are concerned as the actress also mentioned not hiring any professionals behind the design and construction of her house.

But apparently, concerned citizens elicit their responses on Loisa’s dream home for the safety and assurance of the construction. It also did not escape the keen eye of YouTube content creator, Pinoy Architect. The Pinoy Architect focuses his contents on his reactions on the houses or buildings of most celebrities in the industry as he himself is an expert in the field of architecture and construction.

He points out the potential hazards that exist in Loisa’s house such as the circuit breakers, the stairs, and the walls. He also mentioned the importance of hiring an expert or a professional when constructing your dream house as they know better when it comes to safety in terms of design.

Previously, an engineer named Dee comments on the official Facebook post of Loisa wherein he also pointed out that not hiring an architect or engineer is not saving money. And how it is bad to mention that you did not hire any professionals in the process of design and actual construction as it poses many potential hazards and it is not guaranteed that the structure will last for many years.

Bottom line, it is better to consult and hire professionals as they know better in the field. Better to save yourself from future headaches and danger than thinking of saving money from not hiring any expert in the process.
