Apparently, winning the title role and the crown does not only end to being a pretty face, but these “queens” will have to work for a year to fulfill their projects and advocacies to the world. Despite knowing these responsibilities, Rabiya vowed to herself on an interview with ABS-CBN that she will never leave her long-time boyfriend even though she wins the title crown.

According to Rabiya, she and her boyfriend has been dating for six years, and despite knowing the responsibility of the crown, she promises him that she will never walk away from him even after winning. According to some sources, it was a man named Neil Salvacion, a nurse from Ilo-Ilo City. To Rabiya, she was devoted to being with him and the man was just the same. He supported Rabiya to all the pageants and pursuits she did in her life until she won the title-role.

She also added that before the fame, the popularity, and the crown, he was already there for her before everything else. She also made a video promise that she will never forsake him in exchange of the weight of the crown. According to Rabiya, “If it is true love, it will never end.”
